The menu is greyed out on launch. I can open it but nothing clicks.

I am on Windows 11. I pasted the license. Still stuck.

Grey menu for me meant Setup was incomplete. HVCI and Core Isolation were off.

I ran the loader as admin. That unlocked a few toggles.

Security settings are on now. Still grey after a patch this morning.

Check Updates. A grey menu after a patch often means the build is not live yet.

Menu greyed out on launch usually means Setup is incomplete or Updates is not live. Follow Setup, then read Updates.

I waited for Updates, relaunched, and the menu worked.
